THIS SHOW HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO A NEW DATE OF 24TH SEPTEMBER, ORIGINAL TICKETS REMAIN VALID

On tour together for the first time: Aurora Engine from Co. Durham and Kirsty Law from the Borders are two songwriters both with a grasp on the ‘uncanny’. Both perform and write in their own respective dialects in ways rarely heard before. This music is a heady mix of acoustic and electric, telling stories that go straight to your heart and linger in your mind. Aurora Engine has been likened to Kate Bush, Bjork and Sandy Denny whilst queer folksinger Kirsty Law draws on her background in traditional Scots song with influences that stretch from Sheila Stewart to Patti Smith.
