Otto Willberg performs unashamedly melodic improvisational workouts created almost entirely with heavily filtered bass harmonica and electric bass. Strangely abstracted funk and fusion, a blend of the abstruse and immediate. silky smooth, luxurious, odd and compelling, "like listening to Eberhard Weber through a drainpipe”. Often heard on acoustic and electric bass with Laurie Tompkins (Yes Indeed) and Charles Hayward (Abstract Concrete//This Heat), as well as the fractured No Wave unit Historically Fucked. His previous solo releases have ranged from extended technique double bass to explorations of the acoustics of a 19th century artillery fort. He has a solo record called ’The Leisure Principle’ out on Oren Ambarchi's the Black Truffle label. Its a “wildly singular, wickedly trippy and sensual set of fusion jams for electric bass and harmonica with simmering/beautiful melodies fucked deep in the mix - RIYL Mica Levi, Jaco Pastorius, Laurie Tompkins, chopped & screwed Primus." – Boomkat on Otto Willberg's The Leisure Principle

Robyn Haddon is a singer and producer based in Sheffield, UK. She is interested in voice and song as a powerful processing tool, and wants to create music that feels like you are at the bottom of a waterfall, trying to look up. She writes music through strategies of improvisation and vocal processing technologies. She is currently working on a new body of work called Spills, an experimental songwriting project which plays with electronics, collaboration and group singing. The first release as part of this project, Spills Part 1 is available to stream on Bandcamp now.

Alexandra Shrinivas is a singer songwriter based in Glasgow. She explores themes of love, heartbreak and experiences of her mixed Scottish and Indian heritage through her own creations. Her work ‘A Woman and her World ’ was commissioned for Powa Scotland in 2022, mentioned in Snack Mag as one to watch ‘Serving up a jazzy interlude with plaintive vocals, and a wish list to make this world less tiring’. She supported the band Campbell Jensen on their tour European tour in 2022, and her newest song ‘Luna’ was released December 2023. She is currently working on a soundscape this year around her poetry collection ‘Fell’ (shortlisted for the John Byrne Award in 2022) that poses the question of whether we have to tear apart nature or humanity to fully understand one another. She hopes to break down barriers and the assumptions that come with being an artist of mixed ethnicity or minority.
