The Glad Cafe, Glasgow

SOLD OUT
Entry Requirements: Over 18s only

Wailing Sídhe bring haunting songs from the spirit world, giving voice to the natural cosmos and honouring the people that have come before us: from sisters to wise women, pirate queen’s and selkies. They hold space for grief and darkness, tending the golden threads of hope that weaves together our beautiful history of strength and humanity. Known for their disarming harmonies and wide variety of performance settings including intimate spaces, political education workshops and festival stages.

wailing sídhe have collaborated with special guests, musicians and artists to realise an exciting new live immersive performance. "..touching the audience with stories travelling between the wind swept, salty shores of Ireland and Scotland, their songs oscillate between the deep breaths of light and darkness. They will leave your body grounded in earthy wisdom and your hearts wrapped in a fiery cloak of hope and resistance.."

This is the first performance of their debut album 'RAVENS BLOOD' which is available now to pre-order on bandcamp.
