Transparency In Fashion: Film Screening & Panel Talk
Entry Requirements: Over 18s only after 8pm
Join us for our first #FashionRevolutionWeek2023 event! Fashion films, expert panel, and time to meet others who want to see fashion fairer!
Join Fashion Revolution at The Glad Cafe, where they will be hosting a brilliant series of short fashion films that look at the lifecycle of our clothing, the people who make our garments, and what changes are needed to move forward in a way where fashion respects all people and the planet.
The panel talk will then reflect on the theme “Transparency in Fashion” - covering human rights, social impacts of fashion, where the garment sector impacts the climate crisis, and more!
We have a great panel of speakers including:
Mary-Beth Graham (Fashion Revolution Scotland)
Natasha Bridget (Bridget’s Bedroom)
Olga Cieslak (Wearfer)
Cat Anderson (Treen)
Tickets are £5 minimum donation to cover licensing costs, with all further profits split between Fashion Revolution Scotland and The Glad Foundation.
So come down, expand your knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion, meet likeminded people, and enjoy some lovely food and drinks with us!
