During lockdown we launched the Crossmyloof Bakery, so bread-heads, keep your eyes peeled for exciting dough-velopments over the coming months - you knead to stay in the know: follow @crossmyloofbakes on Insta for the very latest. š
Our premises are licensed and will be serving alcoholic drinks from 6-11pm Weds-Fri, and from 12noon-11pm Sat-Sun. We have a carefully chosen range of wines, beers, and spirits, focussing on quality over quantity: there are selections from the excellent Fallen Brewing Co., Williams Bros Brewing Co, Drygate, Pilot, Beavertown etc. as well as a changing array of other craft and imported beers on draft, in bottles and cans. We also stock a tasty assortment of soft drinks from producers like Karma, Fentimanās, and Whole Earth.
The warm ambience of the cafe is in no small measure due to the work of designers Simon Harlow (the Chalet/Mirrl), Roy Shearer (Southside Studios) and Gerry Thompson (eggmachine), and our architect Alyn Walsh (ATW Chartered Architects). In 2013 our cafe won a RIAS Highly Commended award for the design. Free WiFi is provided to all customers, with eclectic playlists on rotation from open to close.
